‘อิม’ นักศึกษาภาควิชาจิตกรรมเร่งสร้างงานศิลป์เพื่อส่งอาจารย์ให้ทันตามกำหนด  แต่แล้วผลงานของอิมยังคงถูกติว่ามันยังไม่ดีพอ จนกระทั่งอิมได้พบกับผ้าใบแคนวาสผืนหนึ่ง จากร้านขายของเก่าและขอซื้อมันมา เมื่ออิมเริ่มวาดรูปลงบนผ้าใบ เธอรู้สึกบางอย่างที่ทำให้เธอรู้สึกแปลกไป แต่สุดท้ายอิมก็ได้สร้างสรรค์ผลงานชิ้นใหม่ขึ้นมาสำเร็จและยังได้รับคำติชมจากอาจารย์  จนมีเหตุการณ์ที่เข้ามารบกวนจิตใจของอิม เธอจึงกรีดแขนตัวเองและนำเอาเลือดของตัวเองมาระบายลงไปบนผลงานของเธอ เธอเริ่มรู้สึกว่าผลงานที่ผ่านมาของเธอดีขึ้นเรื่อยๆ

   จนเธอพบว่าเลือดคือกุญแจหลักของความสำเร็จ เธอจึงทำการฆ่าปาดคอเพื่อนของเธอ กรีดอวัยวะเพศเพื่อให้ได้เลือดมาสร้างสรรค์ผลงานจนสุดท้ายผลงานที่เธอทำออกมาโดดเด่นและดีที่สุดที่เคยมีมา แต่แล้วทุกอย่างที่เคยผ่านมาทั้งหมดนั้นกลับเป็นเพียงภาพในหัวของอิมเพียงคนเดียว และเธอไม่ได้ฆ่าเพื่อนของเธอ

     ‘Imm’ student at faculty of Fine Arts rushes on producing an artwork to turn in for the professor on schedule. But then her work was criticized for an unsatisfactory job, until she found a piece of canvas from an antique shop and bought it. When she starts to draw on the canvas, she begin to feel something strange. Eventually Imm had successfully created a new piece of art and had receive compliments from the professor, which there was an event occurred that disturb her mind. So she slit her own wrist and spill her blood on her painting. She starts to feel her work improving better and better, Until she realized that blood is the key of her success. So Imm decided to murder her friend, slit her throat and sexual organ achieving blood to create the last piece of work that she has ever done, the finest and the most outstanding of all. But everything above are just imaginations in her head and she did not murder her friend.
