หมอใหม่คนหนึ่งได้รับบททดสอบจากโรงพยาบาล โดยต้องเข้าไปรักษาคนไข้ ที่บ้าที่สุดในโรงพยาบาล ถ้าเขาทําไม่สำเร็จ เขาจะไม่ได้ทำงาน ณ ที่แห่งนี้

         The hospital gave the new doctor a test, which the  doctor has to treat a patient that have the most extremelymental illness. If the doctor fails to cure him, the doctor will  not  be hired.
